Piggybacking on the success of the Experience Conference for worship leaders, the Youth Leader Experience conference makes it’s debut in Fall 2013. It will apply the same successful format and excitement of the worship conference while also making it unique to the needs of Youth leaders, pastors and workers. Respected author, pastor and speaker, Efrem Smith will be the conference pastor and be available throughout the week as a consistent source of mentorship and encouragement. Additional speakers include Mark Matlock, John Gray and Dr. Tim Elmore. The Youth Leader Experience also has it’s own line-up of artists like Group 1 Crew, Chris August, Shane and Shane and Britt Nicole.
